Job summary

CHANEL in Miami is seeking an Associate, Visual Merchandising to maintain the boutique’s brand image and elevate client experiences. The role supports the Boutique Director and VM leadership across displays, events, and floor readiness.

The candidate will be involved in floor replenishment, window updates, and coordination of merchandise for launches, with a focus on inclusion and luxury client service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising.
  • Experience in basic computer software and digital photography.

Responsibilities

  • Expedite the selling process by changing mannequins and replenishing items on the selling floor.
  • Be the VM lead contact when not on project during corporate holidays and weekends.
  • Support Operations with floor moves and collection launches; prep display items.
  • Update digital photo files for VM maintenance and changes.
  • Keep window item documentation current (SKU, price, size, etc.).
  • Assist in events, sales, and seasonal installs to drive business in the Boutique.
  • Communicate effectively with boutique selling team and management.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

About the role:

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the brand image in the Boutique, elevating the client experience and facilitating the selling process. They will report directly to the Boutique Director with a dotted line to the Regional Visual Merchandising (VM) Manager.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:
  • Expedite the selling process for Fashion Advisor's by being readily available to change mannequins, pull and replenish items from selling floor, make substitutions on displays when product is needed for clients, etc.
  • Be the point of contact for the store when VM Lead is on other projects, during corporate holidays and on weekends
  • Support Operations team with product prep work for floor moves and collection launches, including P Touching display items
  • Update digital photo files for VM maintenance purposes as changes are made
  • Keep documentation of window items current (SKU, price, size, etc.) for selling team's reference
  • Assist in implementation of events, Sale, seasonal installs, corporate events and other business driving initiatives in the Boutique
  • Communicate effectively with boutique selling team and management
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Position Logistics:

Front of House Fashion:

Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service deliver elevated client service to drive business results

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $26 through $29. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
