CHANEL in Miami Design District is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure smooth goods flow and optimized stock handling. You will work with a diverse team and report to the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager, delivering the CHANEL experience to clients.

Requirements include at least 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record into system.
• Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• Execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory under supervision.
• Support a seamless client experience by ensuring efficient product flow.
