Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Associate, Visual Merchandising in Miami Design to maintain the boutique brand image and elevate the client experience. You will report to the Boutique Director and assist with displays, events, and fittings.

You must have at least 2 years in retail merchandising, basic software and photo skills, and an associate degree (fashion preferred). The role requires lifting and weekend availability in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Understanding of, and passion for client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the brand image in the Boutique and elevate client experience.
• Support VM Lead and operations for floor moves and displays.
• Update digital photo files for VM maintenance and window documentation.
• Assist in events, seasonal installs, and other business-driving initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with boutique team and management.
