CHANEL Miami Design District is seeking a Fashion Advisor focused on premium client service and fashion expertise. You will convert walk-ins to clients, drive revenue, and foster brand loyalty while collaborating with a diverse sales team and reporting to boutique leadership.

You should thrive in a luxury retail environment, build genuine client relationships, and maintain high service standards. The role requires a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; foreign language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers by converting walk-ins to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
• Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful outreach and follow-up.
• Collaborate with a diverse sales team and report to boutique leadership.
• Handle repairs intake and maintain follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
