Job summary

CHANEL in New York seeks an Associate, Visual Merchandising to maintain the brand image and elevate the client experience in-store. You will report to the Boutique Director with a dotted line to the Regional VM Manager.

Expire the selling process by keeping displays fresh, coordinating with the selling team, and supporting events and launches. This role requires collaboration, strong communication, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related retail experience.
• Associate degree, preferably in a Fashion related major.
• Ability to lift 30–40 lb and work on a ladder.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for CHANEL and client service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CHANEL Boutique visuals and displays to reflect brand image.
• Support VM Lead and assist during events and launches.
• Prepare products for floor moves and replenishment.
• Update window items and product documentation for selling team.
• Collaborate with boutique team to deliver elevated client service.
