Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. in Miami seeks an Associate, Visual Merchandising to maintain the boutique brand image and elevate client experience. You will support the selling team, manage displays, and assist with floor moves and launches.

The role requires collaboration, creativity, and a strong client focus in a luxury retail setting. The position demands basic retail operations knowledge, the ability to lift items, and a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising.
• Experience with basic computer software and digital photography.
• Associate degree preferred, fashion-related major.

Responsibilities

• Expedite the selling process by changing mannequins and replenishing items on the selling floor.
• Be the VM lead contact when not on projects, including weekends and corporate holidays.
• Support floor moves and collection launches with product prep and display changes.
• Update digital photo files for VM maintenance and document window items (SKU, price, size).
• Assist in events, seasonal installs, and other business driving initiatives in the Boutique.
• Communicate effectively with boutique selling team and management; work independently.
