Job summary

Ashley Furniture is expanding its Visual Merchandising team. The Visual role designs store displays, layouts, and audio elements to elevate the shopping experience and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities include creating appealing displays, coordinating layout plans, and updating signage and merchandise. The role requires physical effort and weekend availability, with a focus on knowledge of current fashion trends and product promotions.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the US.
• Minimum age 18.
• 2 years of retail store visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Regularly lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Able to transport loads up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement a visual merchandising strategy to support sales goals and financial objectives.
• Coordinate layout plans for furniture, lighting, and accessories; transition seasonal products.
• Remerchandise displays, signage, POS, and showrooms to maximize product sell-through.
• Complete store recovery steps and maintain interior/exterior appearance with warehouse support.
• Check-in shipments, tag products, and participate in bi-annual inventory.
• Adhere to Visual Leadership standards; ensure AV elements comply with guidelines.
