Legally authorized to work in the US.
2 years' experience in retail store visual merchandising, preferably in home furnishings.
Regularly lift objects over 50 lbs.
Ability to transport loads of 100 lbs with or without accommodation.
Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Implement a visual merchandising strategy to support sales volume and financial objectives.
Execute engaging displays and coordinate layouts for furniture, lighting, and accessories.
Remerchandise displays, signage, POS, and areas to maximize sell-through.
Maintain store interior and exterior appearance with warehouse/housekeeping teams.
Check-in shipments, product tagging, and showroom placement; assist in inventory processes.
Mentor staff on merchandising basics and communicate company standards.
