The role requires 2 years of retail merchandising experience, the ability to lift heavy items, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. Join a team focused on style, affordability, and customer satisfaction in our stores.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in retail store visual merchandising, preferably in home furnishings
• Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs with or without accommodation
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Implement a visual merchandising strategy to support sales and financial objectives
• Create and adjust store displays, layouts, lighting, and accessory placements
• Remerchandise displays, signage, POS, and select areas to maximize sell-through
• Maintain store appearance and coordinate repairs with management
• Check-in and unpackage shipments, tagging, and showroom placement
• Adhere to visual standards and ensure AV items comply with standards
• Develop product knowledge and stay current on trends
• Mentor staff in merchandising basics and maintenance
• Coordinate tasks with store manager and other departments
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
