Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create engaging in-store displays and balanced layouts that enhance the customer experience. You will work under Visual Leadership to implement merchandising strategies and support seasonal transitions across furniture and accessories.

The role requires 2 years of visual merchandising experience, the ability to lift heavy items, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a store environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in retail store visual merchandising.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Regularly lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to transport loads of 100 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement a visual merchandising strategy to support sales and financial objectives.
• Execute visually appealing displays under Visual Leadership guidance, coordinate layouts for furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Remerchandise displays, signage, POS, and areas to maximize sell-through and coordinate floor moves.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with maintenance of lighting, fixtures, paint, and flooring.
• Coordinate product tagging, unpacking shipments, and participate in inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with visual standards and store communication guidelines.
