Job summary

ALO seeks a Visual Lead to drive store sales through effective visual merchandising and operations leadership. You will partner with the Management Team and Visual Managers to execute floor sets, stock management, and replenishment while maintaining brand standards.

You will lead by example, coach Associates, and manage responsibilities across Flow, Business, and People Leader duties. Availability for opening/closing and weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision-making.
• Open to feedback and provides it to others.
• Self-motivated with results focus, teamwork-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Maintain merchandising standards and adjust displays per directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual changes with payroll and adapt zones to business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning to completion within budgets and timelines.
• Use reports with management to identify opportunities for product placement and stock levels.
