ALO in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. You will oversee shipments, stock replenishment, floor sets, and merchandising execution while guiding associates, ensuring a safe, inviting store environment and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales role.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision making.

• Manage execution of shipment, receiving and processing, replenishment and stock management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and update merchandising per direction with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with the team, manage payroll related to zones and visual support.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to completion within budgets and timelines.
• Use management reports to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
