Job summary

ALO in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Visual Lead to drive merchandising and store performance. You will lead the presentation, coordinate with Operations and Visual Managers, and ensure inviting, organized spaces that reflect brand standards.

This full-time role requires energy on the floor, collaboration with the management team, and the ability to move between back of house and sales floor while guiding Associates and sustaining guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback and willingness to receive feedback.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising with the Visual Manager's direction.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll considerations and adapt zoning to business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels and adjust as needed.
