ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive in-store visual merchandising and store profitability in partnership with the Management Team. The role requires active movement across the sales floor and back of house, plus delegation and feedback to staff to achieve optimal store results.

Responsibilities include merchandising maintenance, floor changes, payroll-aligned planning, and data-driven inventory decisions, with emphasis on guest experience and brand standards.

Competenze

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.

Mansioni

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising with restock, destock and visual changes per directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll management and adapt zones to business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning to budgeted timelines and company standards.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting and stock levels.
