ALO is hiring a Visual Lead to drive store sales through strategic visual merchandising and close partnership with the Management Team. The role involves active movement on the sales floor and back of house, overseeing shipments, replenishment, and floor sets while ensuring a clean, inviting store environment.

The Visual Lead will partner with Operations & Visual Managers to optimize budgets, staffing, and product presentation, while coaching Associates and driving key KPIs.

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.

Mansioni

• Lead execution of key store operations: shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates, and stock management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and adjust merchandising per directives with Visual Manager collaboration.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll considerations and align with business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning to completion, meeting budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels; implement changes.
