Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales through visual merchandising and operations leadership. The role collaborates with the Management Team to execute floor sets, stock management, and guest experience on the sales floor and back of house.

You will move throughout the store, lead by example, train Associates, and coach for performance. Full-time, on-site position in Boston, MA with perks including discount, benefits, 401K and monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising by restocking and updating visuals per directive with Visual Manager support.
• Plan visual floor changes with management using payroll data and business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning through to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
