Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience.
• Able to receive and provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with individual and team drive.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Must be able to move throughout all store areas.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and climb ladders.
• Must be able to stand and move for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and stock management.
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising with restock, destock, and visual updates per directives.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll considerations and business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
