Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on sales floor and windows as per brand guidelines.
• Support store team with coaching and development of colleagues.
• Execute floor moves and campaigns to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain high-quality garment presentation daily and ensure clean customer flow.
• Complete store routines including opening/closing and timekeeping.
• Promote safety and compliance with local laws and H&M policies.
