You will set garment presentation, collaborate with the Department Manager on commercial opportunities, and ensure high-quality styling in windows and on the sales floor daily.

Daily routines include floor moves, window prep, and campaigns execution to meet store KPIs while maintaining brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor and Windows according to the Commercial Handbook.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager to identify commercial opportunities within H&M brand guidelines.
• Execute floor moves and styling to create clear fashion stories and wearable buying suggestions.
• Maintain high-quality garment presentation daily on the sales floor and in windows.
• Ensure smooth customer flow through fixtures and navigation following H&M standards.
