Job summary

The role involves coaching colleagues, maintaining visual standards, supporting opening and closing routines and ensuring safety and compliance with store policies. Nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience translating brand guidelines into in-store visuals.

• Ability to lift and move display props when required.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on Sales Floor and Windows per Commercial Handbook.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to identify in-store opportunities.
• Execute floor moves and display changes to support campaigns.
• Maintain high-quality visual standards and clear customer flow.
• Lead morning routines and ensure store visuals stay current.
