Job summary

H&M is hiring a Visual Keyholder in our New York-area store. You will lead visual presentation on the floor and windows, coach staff, and drive customer-focused experiences aligned with the Commercial Handbook.

You will collaborate with the Store Visual Manager, support campaigns, and ensure windows and floors tell a coherent story while maintaining safety and standards. Prior keyholder experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• 1–2+ years of transferable experience welcomed; prior keyholder roles preferred.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to climb a ladder and use a step stool; flexible work including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor and Windows according to the Commercial Handbook.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to identify commercial opportunities and execute floor moves.
• Deliver direct customer service in line with H&M standards and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Maintain visual identity through window and in-store displays; ensure clear flow from windows to sales areas.
• Lead visual store routines, ensure timely campaigns, and uphold store KPIs and budgets.
• Coach and develop store team on visual and commercial skills.
