Visionworks of America in New York is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store when the General Manager is away. This role models Visionworks' service standards and drives daily operations, coaching staff to deliver a simple, human and bold patient and customer journey.

The successful candidate will promote profitability, manage appointments, oversee eyewear services, and ensure every patient leaves with a great experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability and hit sales targets by guiding the team.
• Supervise the sales floor and exam lane, ensuring a stellar patient journey.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Handle store operations and resolve issues in partnership with the General Manager.
