Job summary

Visionworks in Massachusetts is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the General Manager. This role models Visionworks' values, oversees daily operations, drives sales, and ensures a simple, human and bold patient and customer journey.

You will coach staff, coordinate appointments and services, and supervise exam lanes and sales teams to deliver a flawless experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote profitability and hit daily, weekly, monthly sales targets.
• Role model and engage in all steps of Patient/Customer journey, supervise exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments, eyewear services, and ensure patient needs are met.
• Coach, motivate, and support associates to deliver excellence in patient experience.
• Use sound judgment to resolve issues in patient experience with GM.
• Execute all operational activities to meet store financial and customer experience goals.
