Job summary

Visionworks is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager in New York to lead store operations and ensure a seamless patient and customer journey. This leader will guide staff, model excellent service, and help meet daily sales goals while maintaining a high standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability and sales targets by holding self and team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Model and supervise the patient/customer journey on exam lanes and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach, motivate and support associates to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Use sound judgment to remove obstacles in the patient/customer experience with GM.
• Execute all store operations to meet financial and CX goals.
