Visionworks is seeking a charismatic Vision Supervisor/Assistant Manager in New York to lead the store in the General Manager's absence and support financial goals. You will coach staff, manage patient flow, and ensure a simple, human and bold customer journey.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability by meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Model customer journey across exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach associates to deliver an excellent patient and customer experience.
• Resolve issues with General Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute store-wide activities to hit financial and customer-experience goals.
