Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Visionworks Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store and support the General Manager in achieving financial goals. You will model Visionworks values, supervise the team in the absence of the GM, and coach staff to ensure a simple, human, and bold patient and customer journey.

You will promote profitability, oversee the patient journey, coordinate appointments, and drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets while providing strong floor leadership and coaching.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote profitability by achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Lead customer journey in exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services as needed.
• Coach and support associates to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Resolve obstacles in the patient journey with GM collaboration.
• Execute operational activities to meet store goals.
