Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to create exceptional value for customers by delivering the LensCrafters Experience. You will assist with eyewear selection, perform pre-examination tasks, and work closely with the Optometrist and store team to ensure accurate patient records and timely service.

In this role you will greet customers, handle transactions, and communicate clear explanations of tests, paperwork, and services while maintaining a high standard of customer care in a busy

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly.
• Answers the telephone promptly.
• Explains paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Maintains patient records per HIPAA and store procedures.
• Operates POS system accurately for transactions.
• Provides coaching to patients on contact lens care when needed.
• Supports Optometrist with inventory and tasks.
