LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience in our store. You will greet customers, explain tests and services, and help choose frames and lenses that fit vision, lifestyle, and budget. You’ll process payments, manage orders, and keep records in HIPAA-compliant fashion.

You’ll support the optometric team with pre-exam testing and coaching on contact lens care while maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Organization skills.
• Sales skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of office and store merchandise.

Aufgaben

• Greets customers without delay (within 30 seconds) and answers the telephone promptly.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions with attention to detail and consults when necessary.
• Assists customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to vision, lifestyle and budget.
• Handles POS transactions accurately, following security procedures.
• Places contact lens orders and manages shipments and invoices.
• Maintains patient/store records in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Keeps store displays and visuals aligned with guidelines.
• Provides pre-examination testing and coaching on contact lens care.
