Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a District Business Manager to drive the Surgical Vision portfolio across a defined US district. The role leads multiple sales teams, builds talent, and ensures quota attainment for capital and consumables in cataract and refractive offerings.

The ideal candidate has substantial ophthalmology sales experience, leadership track record, and willingness to travel up to 60%. Residence in Denver, Phoenix, or Salt Lake City is preferred for a national remote

Formación

• BA/BS degree or United States Armed Forces Veterans with military experience at the E6 pay grade or greater.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience with leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Capital and Consumable selling cycles and processes is preferred.
• Ophthalmology sales experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and attain quota.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the US Cataract and Refractive franchise for AMO in the district geography.
• Lead a complex team of direct reports including Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, Premium Practice Specialists, and Key Account Executives.
• Hire, Train and Retain a high-caliber sales team.
• Achieve and maintain quota across Capital and Consumables including Phaco, Femto, Refractive and related products.
• Coordinate efforts of specialists to reach shared goals and share innovations with leadership.
• Travel up to 60% as required; reside in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT.
