Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision seeks a District Business Manager to lead the Surgical Vision sales efforts across a multi-state district. The role focuses on building strong partner relationships, coaching a sales team, and driving performance in cataract and refractive franchises.

The position is remote with preferred reside locations in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT and requires up to 60% travel. A BA/BS degree and 5+ years in sales leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience, with leadership capabilities.
• Ophthalmology sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and execute the district’s business strategy and tactics.
• Develop strong business relationships with partners and manage a skilled sales team.
• Oversee Surgical Vision business within the district and collaborate with partners.
• Manage US Cataract and Refractive franchise within the district geography.
• Hire, train and retain a high-caliber sales team.
• Travel up to 60% including overnight/weekends.
