Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required or United States Armed Forces Veterans with E6 pay grade or greater.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience with proven leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of capital and consumable selling cycles and processes is preferred.
• Experience in Operating Room sales and ophthalmology is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the US Cataract and Refractive franchise within the assigned district geography.
• Lead and develop a multi-style team of sales professionals with dotted line oversight of laser specialists.
• Hire, train, and retain top talent; achieve quota across capital and consumables including Phaco, Femto, Refractive, IOLs and consumables.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet district goals and share innovative ideas with leadership.
