Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a District Business Manager to drive the US Cataract and Refractive franchise across a multi-state district. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, work with OR partners, and execute a district strategy to achieve quotas and growth.

The role is remote within the United States with preference for candidates in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT, and requires up to 60% travel and deep ophthalmology product knowledge.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required; US Armed Forces veterans with E6+ considered.
• Minimum 5 years relevant business experience with leadership, change leadership mindset.
• Knowledge of capital and consumable selling cycles.
• Ophthalmology sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage US Cataract and Refractive franchise within the assigned district geography.
• Lead a complex team of direct reports: Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, Premium Practice Specialists, and Key Account Executives.
• Hire, train and retain a high-caliber sales team aligned to core specialty area.
• Achieve and maintain quota while advancing district goals and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Surgical Vision leadership to strategize and execute initiatives.
