Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a District Business Manager to lead the Surgical Vision sales across a multi-state district including AZ, CO, UT, NV, NM, MT, WY, and beyond. The role is remote with preferred residences in Denver, Phoenix or Salt Lake City, and requires up to 60% travel.

You will develop and execute district strategies, manage a diverse sales team, and foster strong partner relationships within Ophthalmology to achieve quotas and growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent is required for the role.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience with leadership capabilities OR 2+ years US Armed Forces military experience.
• Knowledge of Capital and Consumable selling cycles is preferred.
• Ophthalmology sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US Cataract and Refractive franchise within the assigned district.
• Coach and manage a team of Account Executives and Specialists to meet quotas.
• Hire, train, and retain top sales talent complemented by strong leadership.
• Achieve and sustain quota across Capital and Consumables.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve district goals.
• Travel up to 60% to cover assigned geography.
