Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a District Business Manager to lead the Surgical Vision district covering CO, UT, ID, NV, MT, WY, AZ, NM and parts of Eastern WA. This remote role requires residing in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT and entails building a strong sales team, achieving quota, and driving strategic customer relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required (U.S. Armed Forces veterans with E6 or higher considered).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Ophthalmology sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage US Cataract and Refractive franchise within assigned district geography.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team (Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, Premium Practice Specialists, Key Account Executive).
• Achieve quota across Capital and Consumables (Phaco, Femto, Refractive, IOLs).
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Surgical Vision leadership and partners.
• Travel up to 60% as needed to cover district responsibilities.
