Job summary

Envision, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Clinic Office Coordinator to manage clinic flow, non-clinical operations, and billing support in the Vision Rehabilitation Clinic.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field preferred. Experience accepted in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in medical office setting required; ophthalmology/optometrist experience preferred; disability populations helpful.
• Experience with EMR or practice management systems; CompuLink Advantage is a plus.
• Experience with insurance billing, invoices, and account balancing preferred.
• Experience with process improvement/quality improvement activities preferred.
• Retail or POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Front End: manage patient calls, triage needs, patient scheduling, check-in/out, insurance verification, and appointment reminders.
• Envision Everyday Store: assist with store inquiries, ring up sales, prepare supplies, manage inventory reports.
• Billing And Insurance: assist revenue cycle tasks, verify authorizations, enter charges, collect payments, follow up on denials, print monthly statements.
• General Admin: maintain confidentiality, organize files, support credentialing and enrollment, and coordinate staff trainings.
• Support the Director with procedures, policies, and process improvements; promote Envision values; participate in outreach and events.
