American Vision Partners is seeking a Group Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our ophthalmology clinics. You will provide leadership, enforce policies, manage staffing and budgets, and ensure exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of medical practice management experience, strong financial and computer skills, and a Bachelor's degree (BS) preferred; bilingual is a huge plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in medical practice management.
• Bachelor’s degree; BS preferred.
• Strong financial aptitude and budgeting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual ability is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily tasks and workload distribution.
• Reviews time cards and time off requests.
• Trains, coaches, and mentors staff.
• Hires and recommends salary adjustments.
• Manages clinic profitability and budgeting.
• Monitors schedules and staff-provider relationships.
• Develops community outreach and referral networks.
• Ensures open communication and problem solving.
• Collaborates with other managers on staffing.
