Job summary

MyEyeDr in Boca Raton seeks a General Manager to lead a collaborative team and deliver a personalized eyecare experience. You will own patient experiences, financial performance, and office operations, reporting to the District Manager. Expect some evening and weekend shifts as part of leading a busy practice.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, while driving KPI-driven results and fostering strong doctor partnerships to grow patient satisfaction and practice success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in a management role.
• 2+ years in a leadership facing role as the main decision maker.
• Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong communicator, detail oriented and a servant leader aligned with MyEyeDr values.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard a purpose-driven team with ongoing training and development.
• Directly manage the office's financial success by driving KPI performance.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office support, and associates to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to other office leaders and team members on patient experiences.
• Maintain HR policies and promote a productive and safe work environment.
