Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an office and foster a collaborative team focused on delivering personalized eyecare experiences. You will manage patient experiences, financial performance, team development, and daily office operations while partnering with doctors and support teams to drive success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in a management role.
• 2+ years in a leadership-facing role.
• Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Effective communicator with attention to detail and strong leadership values.
• Mentor to team members and patients while upholding service standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a purpose-driven team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Direct responsibility for financial success through KPI-driven performance.
• Collaborate with doctors, home-office support, and associates to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver KPIs with flawless execution of patient experiences and provide on-the-spot coaching to leaders and staff.
• Maximize optometric partnerships through coverage, walk-in availability, and doctor availability.
• Lead Doctor of Optometry business partnership and ongoing relationship.
• Maintain HR policies and a safe, productive work environment for team members and patients.
• Lead performance and development with the District Manager for all staff.
• Ensure optical merchandise meets standards and patient requirements.
