MyEyeDr. in Tulsa, OK seeks a General Manager to lead the office and deliver a personalized eyecare experience. You will own patient experiences, financial results, team performance and daily operations, while partnering with doctors and staff to drive KPI success.

This role requires evening/weekend shifts and a servant leadership style focused on service, growth, and company values. You will mentor team members and promote a productive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience serving in a management position.
• 2+ years in a leadership facing role serving as the main decision maker.
• Experience leading two or more employees to help achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a complex, customer-facing environment.
• Strong communicator, detail oriented and a leader aligned with MyEyeDr. values.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a purpose driven team through recruitment and onboarding, plus ongoing training.
• Own financial success of the office through KPI-driven performance.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office support, and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver KPI outcomes with coaching across the team and office leaders.
• Lead doctor partnerships and drive optical merchandising standards.
