MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager in Pennsylvania to lead an optical office, partnering with doctors and staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences while driving financial performance. The role requires a strong leader capable of building teams, coaching staff, and managing daily operations within a collaborative, high-growth environment.

You will report to the District Manager and may work occasional evenings and weekends to support clinic needs and community engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in a management role.
• 2+ years in a leadership-facing role.
• Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Aufgaben

• Build and foster a purpose-driven team through recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Own the financial success of the office through KPI-driven actions and P&L oversight.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office support, and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to other leaders and team members for performance improvement.
• Lead Doctor of Optometry partnerships and ongoing relationships with care providers.
• Maintain HR policies and a compliant, productive work environment for team members and patients.
• Oversee office operations and drive growth through engagement with district leadership.
