Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Account Manager to support the Yakima, WA territory. Represent ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses, develop new prospects, and maintain strategic customer relationships.

You will analyze customer needs, present value propositions, and execute pre-call plans to drive sales. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2+ years in B2B or medical sales, with willingness to travel and reside near the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of B2B and/or medical sales experience or equivalent.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Ability to travel, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Excellent interpersonal, competitive selling technique, business acumen, organizational and communication skills.
• Residence in or near the territory geography.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate between sites.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization with established customers and develop new prospects to sell ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses.
• Apply knowledge of products, services and campaigns to close sales and maintain relationships with identified customers.
• Understand customer priorities, needs and office processes to gain orders or commitments.
• Learn products, services and policies through training, manuals, and field experience with senior reps.
• Articulate value in conversations, assist with inventory control, and monitor supply and price trends.
• Position products and economic solutions based on customer and patient needs, delivering a tailored clinical and financial message.
• Complete pre-call plans for accounts to influence customer behavior.
