Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Account Manager to support the Arlington, TX territory, also covering Mansfield, Burleson, Ft. Worth, Irving, and Dallas. You will represent the ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses to ophthalmology practices and negotiate with healthcare professionals to grow market share.

You will learn product lines, stay current with marketing campaigns, and participate in ongoing training to ensure compliant, value-driven conversations with customers and patients alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of B2B and/or medical sales experience or equivalent, or completion of J&J SLDP.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to travel as needed, including overnight/weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects to sell the ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses.
• Apply knowledge of products, services and campaigns to close sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Uncover customer priorities, buying motives, and end-user needs across segments to secure orders or commitments.
