Job summary

The Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine team is seeking a Territory Account Manager to support the Princeton, NJ territory. You will build relationships with eye care professionals and drive sales of ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses across clinics.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, at least two years in medical or B2B sales, and a willingness to travel. You will learn products, participate in training, and represent the brand with integrity and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of B2B and/or medical sales experience.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Willingness to travel including overnight/weekend.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization with existing customers and develop new prospects to sell ACUVUE Brand.
• Apply knowledge of products and campaigns to close sales and maintain relationships.
• Understand customer priorities and buying motives across segments.
• Learn products and policies through training and field work.
• Demonstrate ability to articulate value and secure orders, manage inventory.
• Understand customer business to tailor market messages.
• Use resources to deliver clear sales messages and complete pre-call plans.
