Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Account Manager to cover the Arlington, TX region including Mansfield, Burleson, Ft. Worth, Irving and Dallas.

You will sell ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses and related products, building relationships with established customers and developing new prospects. You will apply broad product knowledge to close sales, understand customer priorities, and deliver value with clinical and financial messaging tailored to each account.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of B2B and/or medical sales experience or equivalent.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of sales applications and principles.
• Residence near assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects to sell ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses.
• Apply knowledge of products, services, and campaigns to close sales and maintain customer relations.
• Understand customer priorities and needs to gain orders or commitments.
• Learn products and policies via training and field experience with senior reps.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services and articulate added value to customers while tracking supply and pricing trends.
• Position products and solutions to meet customer and patient needs with tailored messages.
