LensCrafters is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations in retail and lab settings. You will guide team members, assist customers in selecting eyewear, and help ensure accuracy of lens placement and lab processes.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED
• Strong optical & retail knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Experience with cash register systems and basic math

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service
• Assists customers with selections, provides recommendations, assists sales associates
• Serves as a responsible alternate store key holder
• Custom fits glasses and places prescriptions in lenses (lab work if applicable)
• Strengthen staff knowledge and certification for lens and lab processes
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Create a safe working environment and maintain lab tools and systems
• Oversee basic operation, cleaning and maintenance of lab tools and systems
