LensCrafters seeks a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and manage optical and lab processes in a retail setting. The role emphasizes accurate product knowledge, patient-focused guidance, and leadership in daily operations.

Under the supervision of store leadership, you will mentor staff, perform eyewear measurements, adjust and dispense eyewear, and uphold optical standards while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required and active state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical knowledge, sales ability, and customer focus.
• Leadership and training experience with cash handling and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations to sales team.
