LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Team Lead to manage customer service and optical lab processes in-store. You will assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, and support sales teams to achieve store success.

In this role, you may serve as a key holder, oversee lab processes if applicable, and ensure eyewear meets optical standards while maintaining a safe working environment.
