Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store success by managing key optical and lab processes.

In retail, you will assist customers with selections, make recommendations, support sales associates and serve as an alternate store key holder. In the lab, you may help with edging and mounting, ensure optical standards, train teammates, and maintain safe, clean lab tools and systems.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical theory knowledge and retail experience.
• Leadership and training experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Familiarity with basic optics measurements.

Responsibilities

• Retail: Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Retail: Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Retail: Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Lab: Custom fits glasses and places prescriptions in lenses.
• Lab: Strengthen teammates' knowledge and certification in lens and lab processes.
• Lab: Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Lab: Maintain safe working environment and lab tools and systems.
