Job summary

As Store Manager, you will train and coach teams, analyze store metrics, partner with the Doctor of Optometry, and uphold brand standards to deliver exceptional patient experiences every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or store management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Provide training and coaching to the team using company programs.
• Analyze reporting to drive KPI improvements (NPS, sales, traffic, exams).
• Hire and develop a high-performing team for the store.
• Collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer experience.
• Maintain operations, inventory and visuals to brand standards.
