Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead in the absence of the Store Manager and act as a business owner within the marketplace. You will drive sales, manage a team, and ensure exceptional patient experiences while achieving KPIs across comp sales, conversion, and growth.

You will work closely with store leadership to execute business plans, maintain visual standards, and build a positive team culture. This full-time role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with retail operations, processes, and policies.
• Strong math and basic cash handling skills.
• Must communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Proven selling skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality and improvement to exceed KPIs: Comp Sales, % Sales to Plan, Conversion, Customer Count, Comp Growth, Traffic, store profitability.
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Leads and develops team in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Provides timely feedback and development support to staff.
• Executes visual standards and maintains store appearance.
• Maintains positive relationships with doctors and patients; ensures policy compliance.
• Performs administrative duties and works a schedule including nights and weekends.
